Effective date: May 1, 2026
GetAFractional (“GetAFractional,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by CBEG Group, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit getafractional.com (the “Site”) and use our diagnostic tools, reports, and related features (together, the “Services”), how we use it, and the choices you have.
By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Who we are
The Services are provided by CBEG Group, LLC, the operator of GetAFractional. For privacy questions or requests, use the contact details at the end of this Policy.
Information we collect
Information you provide.
- Diagnostic responses. When you use our diagnostic tools, you describe your business situation by answering questions. We collect the responses you provide.
- Email address. If you ask us to send you results, updates, or matching information, we collect your email address.
- Files you upload. Our job-costing tool lets you upload a file with job-cost data so we can analyze it, and we collect that file’s contents to produce your analysis. Our other diagnostic tools are conversational and do not involve uploads.
- Purchase information. When you buy a paid report, we collect order details such as the product purchased and your email address. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor, not by us (see “Payments”).
- Communications. If you contact us, we collect what you include in your message.
Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our infrastructure providers automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and visit times. This helps us operate, secure, and improve the Services.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- provide the Services, including running the diagnostic tools and generating your results and reports;
- process and deliver your purchases;
- send you the results, reports, and service-related messages you request;
- send optional follow-up or matching communications you have opted into, which you can stop at any time;
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and Services, including preventing fraud and abuse;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
How we generate your results
Generating your diagnostic results and reports involves automated analysis. To produce them, the information you provide — your responses in the diagnostic, and, for the job-costing tool, the data from the file you upload — is processed by a third-party technology provider on our behalf, under that provider’s own terms and data-handling practices.
For the job-costing tool, our processing removes certain free-text and customer-identifying fields (such as customer names and notes) from your uploaded data before analysis, so that information is not carried into your generated results.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as described here:
- Service providers. We share information with vendors that help us operate the Services, including our payment processor, our hosting and infrastructure provider, our email-delivery provider, our content-platform provider, and the third-party technology provider that performs the automated analysis described above. These vendors may use the information only to perform services for us.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, or if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with legal process, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or us.
- Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
Payments
Payments for paid reports are processed by Stripe. Your full payment card details are entered directly with Stripe and handled under its own privacy and security practices. We do not store full payment card numbers.
Cookies and analytics
The Site may use cookies and similar technologies, and analytics tools, to operate the Site, remember preferences, and understand how the Site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect how the Site functions.
Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here, or as required by law.
Files uploaded to our job-costing tool are retained for a limited period — 90 days — after which they are automatically deleted on a daily scheduled basis. You may also request early deletion of an uploaded file at any time using the deletion option provided with the tool.
Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the information we hold, including encryption of data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can:
- Opt out of optional emails — follow the unsubscribe instructions in any optional email, or contact us. You may still receive messages needed to deliver something you purchased or requested.
- Request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you.
- Request deletion of uploaded files, as described in “Data retention.”
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws — including the right to know what personal information we collect, to access, delete, or correct it, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. As noted above, we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise a right, contact us using the details below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights, and we may need to verify your identity before responding.
Children’s privacy
The Services are intended for business owners and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Users outside the United States
The Services are operated from the United States and intended for users in the United States. If you access the Services from elsewhere, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your location.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” above. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
